Revolution was created in 2003 by Face Partnership and the National Cycling Centre to provide a new style of cycling event in the UK, a style that blended performance and entertainment and changed the way people think about the sport.
A family night out designed to deliver high octane racing from the world’s best cyclists and provide the perfect competitive arena for the development of future talent
Revolution has continued to grow year on year since its conception in 2003 and now enjoys capacity crowds across the season. Revolution is regarded as the leading commercial track cycling series in the world and has developed a reputation that attracts some of the world’s top cyclists to the National Cycling Centre.
The 2010-11 season continued this success with the second year of the Revolution Championship attracting top pro teams including Team Sky, Motorpoint and Rapha Condor Sharp. The upcoming season will see the Championship develop further with new teams and star riders - as the last track season before the 2012 London Olympics, Revolution will welcome a host of British and International Olympic hopefuls.
