Rollapaluza returns to Revolution this Saturday thanks to Condor Cycles who are sponsoring the roller racing for the last two events of the season.
Rollapaluza presented by Condor Cycles will be located in the track centre and will be open to the public throughout the evening. After overwhelming demand at Revolution 21 the rig will be geared up for kids but there will be the opportunity for adults to have a go at points in the evening. Condor will also have some of their bikes on display with more of an expo on show at the February event.
Participants will be invited to set their times and the fastest on the evening will receive some Revolution goodies. Their times will also be posted on a dedicated page after the event and challengers will be invited to try and beat them at the next Revolution.
Channel 4 will also cover a special roller race at the beginning of the evening as part of their coverage of Revolution 23 scheduled to go on their new 4Sport magazine show. Rugby League star Denis Betts will take on 4Sport’s presenter, Iwan Thomas, over a 1km sprint. Thomas made his name in athletics winning medals for GB over 400m. The roller racing will prove a different challenge especially against powerhouse Betts who is no stranger to cycling have ridden the last couple of Etapes.
