Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as purchasing from our website or Official Ticket Agent means you agree to them.

General terms & conditions

You can buy tickets from our Official Ticket Agent, Eventbrite, online only. Booking fees are clearly displayed alongside the ticket price on the Eventbrite website.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. All transactions are processed using a secure server. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds. We only accept payments in pound sterling.

Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive your email confirmation for the transaction and your PDF ticket(s). Please contact us as soon as possible if the confirmation email and PDF ticket(s) don’t arrive when expected and we will investigate and re-send your ticket(s) if possible.

Ticket terms and conditions

- Unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 will not be admitted.

- There must be a minimum of 1 adult (over 18) for every 5 minors (under 16).

- Infants aged four and under (babe in arms) are permitted into the venue free of charge if they do not require a seat. One free of charge infant is permitted per adult and must remain on their parent or guardian's knee during the event.

- All tickets are non-transferable, and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by the organiser) or use in promotions or packages without the express permission of the Promoter / Organiser is prohibited and may render them void.

- Grandstand ticket prices do not include the event programme. Programmes can be purchased on entry to the venue.

- Ticket holders are not permitted to consume alcohol purchased outside of the venue within the footprint of the event.

- No alcohol purchased within the venue can be taken off site.

- No smoking or the use of vapor pens is permitted anywhere within the VeloPark footprint.

- You must produce a valid ticket to attend the event and removing parts of, defacing or otherwise altering your ticket may render it void.

- Spectators wishing to exit and return to venue, are permitted to do so. Spectators must retain their ticket (or appropriate accreditation) upon their person. Spectators must present a valid ticket (or appropriate accreditation) for that session to regain entry. Any person without a valid ticket (or appropriate accreditation) will not be granted re-entry.

- Pushchairs and buggies are not permitted in gangways, grandstands, or Track Centre. Appropriate storage provision will be available at the venue.

Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of standing or other general admission tickets as for many venues duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.

The unauthorised use of professional cameras (long lenses and tripods), video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated.

By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.

Please check details such as timings and car park charges before travelling as these may be subject to late changes.

If you experience any problems with your seating or enjoyment prior to or during the event, please inform venue staff immediately as issues cannot always be resolved after the event.

Please note loud music or noise for long periods can damage hearing.

The Promoter / Organiser reserves the right to:

- make reasonably necessary alterations to the advertised event arrangements, featured participants or programme.

cancel or abandon any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a maximum of the ticket price. (If an event cancels in advance we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you have provided).

- restrict ticket sales to a maximum number per person and/or household, and cancel any tickets purchased in excess of this.

The Venue reserves the right to:

refuse admission to, or remove you from, the venue in reasonable circumstances - such as the refusal of security checks or if venue staff consider that your behaviour may adversely affect other people’s enjoyment of the event – and without a refund.

require latecomers to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted.

provide alternative tickets at the event should the staging of the event so require e.g. due to unavoidable seating changes.

- confiscate prohibited items - such as bottles, cans, food and drink not purchased at the event, professional cameras, or items that may potentially be used as a weapon in accordance with its policies.

 

London ticketing terms

- Full bag searches will be in operation and this may delay your entry.

The venue reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Venue.

Professional camera equipment (long lenses and tripods) or any items that may potentially be used as a weapon are not permitted in accordance with venue policies.

No parking is available at the venue, with the exception of limited accessible parking, which must be pre-booked in advance.

ID checks may be conducted on entry.

- The resale of this ticket is prohibited.

Manchester/Glasgow ticketing terms

- Full bag searches will be in operation and this may delay your entry.

The venue reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.

Professional camera equipment (long lenses and tripods) or any items that may potentially be used as a weapon are not permitted in accordance with venue policies.

Ticket holders are permitted to bring in the following items subject to the limitations shown:

  • Drinks up to 500ml in a non-glass container – these can be refilled with drinking water in the venue.
  • A small supply of food and / or snacks but no more than would fit into 5 litre bag.

ID checks may be conducted on entry.

The resale of this ticket is prohibited.
