Please read these terms and conditions carefully as purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
You can buy tickets from our Official Ticket Agent, Sky Tickets online only. No booking fee is added so the price on our website if the final price of the ticket. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount. We only accept payments in pound sterling.
Your tickets will be sent as soon as possible after purchase. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact Sky Tickets as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate and ensure that you can gain access to the event.
The ticket price does not include the event programme. Programmes can be purchased on entry to the event.
We reserve the right not to refund tickets except if the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price. Please allow 28 days for the refund to credit your account. All refunds will be made directly back to the account used for purchase.
If your printed ticket is lost, you must contact Sky Tickets immediately at email@example.com. Your email receipt will act as proof of purchase and can be presented at the main entrance on the evening. If you do not have your email confirmation, please contact us and we will track your order and arrange an alternative proof of purchase.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.

Unaccompanied minors (under the age of 16) will not be permitted entry. There must be a minimum of 1 adult (over 18) for every 5 minors (under 16).
