SPRINTERS LINE UP FOR REVOLUTION SERIES ROUND 3
Published 21/12/12
We're really excited to announce a brilliant line-up for Revolution Series Round 3 on Saturday 5th January as the focus of the feature racing shifts to elite sprinters.
Olympic Team Sprint Gold medalist Philip Hindes will be at the sold-out National Cycling Centre along with an all-star group of riders from across Europe.
Hindes will line up alongside Kian Emadi and Lewis Olivia, with another all-British team of John Paul, Callum Skinner and Matt Rotherham.
French trio Francois Pervis, Michael D'Almeida and Julian Palma will ride together, plus an all-star team of Robert Forstemann, Craig MacLean and Matt Crampton.
On the endurance side of things, BMC Racing Team's Adam Blythe will make his first Revolution appearance of the season, as will Pete Kennaugh of Team Sky.
Ed Clancy, who's been on fantastic form in the first two rounds, will be back for more with Elite Championship leaders Rapha Condor Sharp.
Alex Dowsett left Team Sky at the end of last season and will be making his first competitive appearance since then.
The event is a sell-out but as always you can watch highlights on ITV4 - 8pm on Wednesday, 9th January - and catch up in ITV Player.
