Please read these terms and conditions carefully as purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
You can buy tickets from our official ticket agent, Quay Tickets, online or by telephone (0843 208 0500) or at the door on the night of the event. A 10% charge will be added to advance purchases as a booking fee. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount. We only accept payments in pound sterling.
Quay Tickets aim to deliver within the UK in around five days. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact Quay Tickets as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate and ensure that you can gain access to the event.
The ticket price does not include the event programme. Programme's can be purchased on entry to the event.
We reserve the right not to refund tickets excpet if the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled we will provide a full refund of the ticket price (less booking fee). Please allow 28 days for the refund to credit your account. All refunds will be made directly back to the account used for purchase.
If your ticket is lost you must contact us immediately on 0843 208 0500. Your email receipt will act as proof of purchase and can be presented at the main entrance on the evening. If you do not have your email confirmation please contact us and we will track your order and arrange an alternative proof of purchase.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
